Guy Martin, President, Martin-Harris
Guy Martin has been at the heart of Martin-Harris Construction since 1982, embodying the values of hard work and leadership as he grew within the company. Starting as a laborer, he advanced through the ranks to Superintendent and Estimator before taking on the challenge of creating and leading the Tenant Improvement Group at M&H Building Specialties, Martin-Harris’s sister company. There, he rose to Vice President of Operations before returning to Martin-Harris to serve as Director of Business Development and later as Director of Preconstruction Services.
Guy’s first executive appointment as Vice President of Procurement marked a pivotal moment, as he led the strategic development of the company’s business development, estimating, and preconstruction programs. Now, as President, Guy oversees the management and success of operations across the southwest United States, driving Martin-Harris’s commitment to excellence, innovation, and client satisfaction.
Beyond his leadership at Martin-Harris, Guy is a passionate mentor to the small business community and a dedicated advocate for industry and charitable organizations. He currently serves on the board of Nevada Workforce Connections, has served as President of the Associated General Contractors Las Vegas Chapter, and is a key contributor to shaping Nevada’s economic and governmental affairs.

Reed McMains, VP & Regional General Manager
As Vice President and General Manager of Turner’s Southwest region, Reed focuses on fostering an innovative environment for employees to leverage technology and creativity to advance the construction industry.

Reed joined Turner in 2006 and quickly progressed through roles of increasing responsibility within the company. During his time with the company, Reed has served as Turner’s Manager of Business Development for Southern California and as a Project Executive on some of the region’s most complex projects, including SoFi Stadium. Reed focused much of his early career in healthcare construction, working on the new inpatient pavilion at Miller Children’s Hospital in Long Beach and multiple medical office buildings.
Significant recent projects include SoFi Stadium, Las Vegas Convention Center, and the new Terminal 1 redevelopment at San Diego International Airport.
Our joint venture is committed to mentorship and inclusion, partnering with SBE, WBE, MBE, and DVBE firms to foster growth and opportunity. We take pride in supporting our communities through impactful projects, active participation in local events, and a dedication to leaving a positive, lasting legacy.

MTH utilizes partnerships with small business chambers, minority organizations, diversity programs and certifying agencies for grass roots outreach. We utilize traditional media, social media and internet marketing to targeted groups that can perform work on the project. We hold several events and mixers throughout the project.
Local, small and diverse business owners are educated on how to prepare for a bid, excel on the job and compete for future work. It is our goal to teach small businesses how to grow their company’s capabilities and capacity to participate in the construction industry with sustainability. Throughout the project, we will conduct interactive workshops.
Alliances are designed to create WIN-WIN relationships between the large & small businesses. Mentorship is a key component to matching primes to subcontractor. Smaller firms are trained to align their “true” capabilities with the scope of work for the best results. Matchmaking events will be held throughout the project to build relationships.
