Martin-Harris and Turner are
consistently associated with the high standards of service, quality, personal attention to clients, and integrity. The reputation of our companies has allowed us to form lasting relationships with clients
founded on mutual respect.
Martin-Harris has been operating in Las Vegas since 1976. Over 2,000 completed projects have
been built on skilled performance with the utmost integrity. They
continually work to live up to the motto, Discover Excellence.
As the nation’s largest
builder of Convention Center facilities, Turner is experienced with the planning, estimating, managing, and understanding the complexities of public assembly structures.
Our joint venture
is proactive in finding solutions for our clients that best achieve their goals. One of our highest priorities is to maintain the experience and safety of convention center guests, staff, and surrounding tenants.
MTH utilizes partnerships with small business chambers, minority organizations, diversity programs and certifying agencies for grass roots outreach. We utilize traditional media, social media and internet marketing to targeted groups that can perform work on the project. We hold several events and mixers throughout the project.
Local, small and diverse business owners are educated on how to prepare for a bid, excel on the job and compete for future work. It is our goal to teach small businesses how to grow their company’s capabilities and capacity to participate in the construction industry with sustainability. Throughout the project, we will conduct interactive workshops.
Alliances are designed to create WIN-WIN relationships between the large & small businesses. Mentorship is a key component to matching primes to subcontractor. Smaller firms are trained to align their “true” capabilities with the scope of work for the best results. Matchmaking events will be held throughout the project to build relationships.
The goal of Martin-Harris Turner is to first build the community we serve. We dedicate ourselves to being a trusted, informed resource and a concerned, active community member. This commitment is reflected in our understanding of local construction issues, relationships with clients, architects, and subcontractors, mentoring programs with SBE/WBE/MBE/DVBE partners, and participation in local events such as those shown on these pages.
